AWN Property was established in January 2006 as a division of Australian Wool Network (AWN), Australia’s third largest wool broking firm. Expansion into rural property was seen as a natural progression for AWN and is in keeping with the company’s desire to utilise its nationwide network of representatives to provide a broader range of competitive services and the highest level of customer service.
Our dynamic and knowledgeable team of representatives and agents in Sydney and across regional Australia are some of the best you will find. Importantly, they understand rural property and are in the best position to help you sell or buy the perfect rural property.
Australian Wool Network, AWN, was established in 1999 by a group of international wool processors, wool retailers, Australian woolgrowers and experienced wool-broking industry professionals. Their vision was to create a unique integrated wool marketing organisation by uniting a handpicked group of shareholders who were world leaders in wool and represented all stages of the wool pipeline; woolgrowers, wool processors, fashion designers, retailers and consumers.
AWN is now realising its vision and is bringing wool growers and wool processors closer together by providing meaningful feedback up and down the wool pipeline to improve wool production and wool quality and ensure that both wool growers and processors have every opportunity to achieve optimum returns.
AWN is now the third largest wool broker in Australia and markets in excess of 200,000 bales of wool annually from all states of Australia. Over 4,000 clients have entrusted the sale of their wool-clip to AWN. AWN’s success is measured by its continuing growth and the success of its client base.
